Our drivers are committed to ensuring the safety of every passenger by adhering to strict health precautions. They are required to:
• Wear a mask at all times in the presence of passengers.
• Avoid any physical contact and maintain a distance of one meter during interactions.
• Continuously ventilate the vehicle’s interior (e.g., through air conditioning).
Furthermore, to maintain the highest level of hygiene, our drivers disinfect all passenger contact areas between each ride. This includes door handles, electric window buttons, seat belts, passenger seats, and the card payment terminal. The card payment terminal is cleaned after every use, unless a contactless payment method is utilized.

Sure, here’s a breakdown of how we calculate your fare:
a) Pickup charge:
• Outside Geneva International Airport perimeter: CHF 6.30
• Within Geneva International Airport perimeter: CHF 7.80
b) Distance covered:
• Rate I (from 6:31 AM to 8:30 PM, except Saturdays from 6 PM, Sundays, and public holidays): CHF 3.20 per kilometer
• Rate II (from 8:31 PM to 6:30 AM, Saturdays from 6 PM, Sundays, and public holidays, or when transporting more than 3 passengers): CHF 3.80 per kilometer
c) Waiting time per hour: CHF 60.00
d) Additional charges for luggage:
• For each piece of luggage weighing 5 to 30 kg, a pair of skis, or a dog: CHF 1.50
• For each piece of luggage weighing over 30 kg: CHF 3.00
• For transporting luggage from the taxi to your home or up the stairs, per item: CHF 1.50
