How an account works
You give us the names authorised to book, and how you want journeys grouped on the invoice. Bookings can then be made by your assistants without a payment step each time. We report monthly, and we can break the statement down by department, by project or by guest.
For a first request, tell us the pattern you expect — daily commutes, occasional airport runs, or a conference week — and we will propose the vehicle mix and the terms.
