Standard published rates apply (see /tarifs/). Hotels with a referral volume of more than 20 transfers per month qualify for a partnership rate, dedicated WhatsApp contact and priority dispatch. No commissions are charged on guest cards — the price displayed to the guest is the price they pay.

Can the concierge book with a single phone call?
Yes — one number, 24/7. Confirmation is returned by WhatsApp or email within 60 seconds, including driver name, vehicle plate and arrival time.
Do guests need to pay the driver directly?
No. The hotel concierge can post the trip to the hotel folio if a partnership is in place; otherwise the guest pays card or cash to the chauffeur. Receipts are issued on the spot.
Can you provide an English-only chauffeur for an English-speaking guest?
Yes, all chauffeurs speak English fluently. Italian, German, Arabic, Russian and Mandarin available on request.
Is luggage assistance included?
Always. The chauffeur loads, secures and unloads every suitcase, ski bag or instrument case at no extra charge.
What about flight delays?
We track inbound flights live and adjust pickup. Twenty minutes of free waiting at GVA arrivals after landing. Beyond, hourly rate applies — but in 95% of cases no surcharge is needed.
