How we run an event
For any booking above three vehicles or two days, a single dispatcher is assigned to you. They build the run sheet, brief the chauffeurs, monitor live ETAs, manage on-the-day changes and stay reachable 24/7 by phone, email and WhatsApp. You receive a full pre-event manifest 48 hours in advance and a settled invoice within five business days after.
Vehicles and capacity
Mercedes-Benz fleet only. E-Class sedan for 1–3 VIPs, S-Class for principals and diplomats, V-Class for groups up to 7 with luggage, and Sprinter VIP minibus for delegations of 8 to 17. All cars are non-smoking, climate-controlled, with bottled water, Wi-Fi and on-board phone charger as standard.

Pricing and quotation
Event quotes are bespoke and depend on number of vehicles, hours and distance. Single-shuttle rates start at the same flat tariff as our regular transfers (e.g. CHF 100 for Geneva canton ↔ GVA). Multi-vehicle and multi-day events are priced per quote, with no night or weekend surcharges. Corporate clients can settle by 30-day invoice; one-off bookings by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Twint or cash.
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book event transport?
For weddings and high-season trade shows (Watches & Wonders, EBACE, Geneva Motor Show), book at least four weeks ahead. For everything else 48–72 hours is usually enough. Last-minute requests are accommodated subject to fleet availability.
Can you handle multilingual drivers?
Yes. All chauffeurs speak English and French. Italian, German, Arabic, Russian and Mandarin speakers are available on request and noted on your run sheet.
Do you provide signage and meet-and-greet at GVA?
Yes — name signs, company logos and group identifiers are printed at no charge. Meet-and-greet inside the arrivals hall is included for private and VIP bookings.
What happens if the schedule changes during the event?
Your dedicated dispatcher reroutes vehicles and reassigns chauffeurs in real time. Standby vehicles are kept on call for high-tier events.
Do you issue invoices for company expense reports?
Yes — VAT-compliant invoices in CHF or EUR, with cost centre and reference fields. Net 30 terms for accredited corporate accounts.
