Pricing for corporate accounts
Standard public rates apply (see /tarifs/). Companies booking more than 20 transfers per month qualify for an account rate, priority dispatch slot and dedicated WhatsApp contact. Multi-day chauffeur missions are quoted bespoke (typically CHF 750 to 950 per day all-inclusive depending on vehicle class and area).

How do I open a corporate account?
Send an email to [email protected] with company name, billing address, expected monthly volume and primary contact. Activation in 24 hours, including a dedicated dispatch line.
Can multiple employees book under the same account?
Yes. We manage user lists per account, with optional cost-centre or project-code tagging. Each booker has a personal PIN; the monthly statement breaks down trips per employee.
Is the booking interface available online?
Yes — secure booking portal at booking.taxigva.ch with single sign-on for corporate accounts. WhatsApp and phone bookings remain fully supported.
What about confidentiality?
All chauffeurs sign an NDA. We do not retain GPS traces beyond 30 days. Booking data is stored on EU servers (Switzerland). No data is shared with third parties.
Can you handle visiting clients arriving on private jets?
Yes — direct airside pickup at Geneva Airport business aviation terminal (TAG, Jet Aviation, ExecuJet) with badge holder. Coordination with FBO ground crew included.
Do you offer ad-hoc rate increases for high-demand periods (Watches and Wonders, GIMS, EBACE)?
No. Our published flat rates apply year-round. We never apply surge pricing during congresses, holidays or high-demand windows.
