Wedding transport — the full plan
Bride and groom vehicle
Default choice is a Mercedes S-Class in black or white. Full leather, panoramic roof, privacy glass, climate control in the rear. Decoration on request: white silk ribbon on the bonnet, two floral arrangements on the rear shelf, “Just Married” sign on the rear window (optional). Driver in dark suit and gloves. Red carpet at pickup and at the reception door on request.
Guest shuttle
Most Geneva weddings use a V-Class shuttle between partner hotels (Four Seasons des Bergues, Beau-Rivage, Mandarin Oriental, La Réserve, Intercontinental) and the venue (Hotel des Trois Couronnes in Vevey, Château de Bossey, Domaine de Châteauvieux, Château de Coppet, Chalet RoyAlp in Villars). For parties of 20 to 60 guests we run 3 to 6 V-Class in rotation. Each guest receives a WhatsApp confirmation with the pickup time, meeting point and vehicle plate number.
Photo session logistics
The wedding car is at the bride’s disposal between the ceremony and the reception. Popular Geneva photo stops: Jet d’Eau, Parc des Eaux-Vives, Bastions, Parc La Grange, Old Town, vineyards of Dardagny, shoreline of Céligny. Our drivers know the parking constraints at each spot and the best light times. We allow up to 90 minutes of photo stops on a standard wedding-day booking.
Return trips at the end of the evening
Guest shuttles run until the last guest leaves, up to 03:00. We build in a buffer rotation (one extra V-Class on standby) for weddings of 80 or more guests to avoid the 02:00 queue at the venue exit. The newlyweds’ S-Class waits after the reception to drive them to their hotel for the night — a detail that consistently gets mentioned in thank-you notes.
Corporate event transport
For a corporate event — product launch, board off-site, client incentive — we work off a single brief that covers: guest list with language, pickup hotels with timing windows, venue with drop-off zone, return trips, special VIPs (CEO, keynote speaker, journalists). Dispatch assigns drivers to specific hotels or specific guests, issues badges if required, and runs a live tracker visible to the event coordinator during the event.
Branded signage is available on request — magnetic door panels with your event logo, silk banner across the rear, windscreen placard. We do not modify the vehicle body, only removable decoration.

How we coordinate a multi-vehicle operation
- Kick-off call 4 weeks before the event — we walk through the guest list, venue, timing and VIPs
- Detailed plan 2 weeks before — document with each vehicle’s movement, driver name, pickup points, contingencies
- Pre-event briefing the day before — all drivers on a group call, each gets the venue reconnaissance notes

For events over 30 guests, we assign a dedicated event manager (not just the standard dispatcher) whose phone stays open from 30 minutes before the first pickup until the last guest is home.
Payment and invoicing for events
- Deposit: 30 % at booking, balance 7 days before the event (wire transfer or card)
- Corporate accounts: 30-day net invoice on a single PO, consolidated VAT breakdown
- Cancellation: up to 14 days before event — deposit refunded minus 10 % admin fee; 13 to 7 days — 50 % refund; less than 7 days — no refund
- Overtime: CHF 120/hour per vehicle if the event runs long, billed in 15-minute slices

How many vehicles do I need for a 50-guest wedding?
Depends on how guests are grouped. A rough rule: plan for 7 seats per V-Class and budget for 30 % extra capacity because not every guest uses the shuttle (some arrive on their own). For 50 guests: 5 V-Class for the outbound shuttle, 4 V-Class in rotation for the return — we typically size with some slack to avoid the last-guest queue.
Can you decorate the wedding car?
Yes. Standard decoration (white or cream silk ribbon on the bonnet, floral arrangement on the rear shelf, “Just Married” sign) is included. Your florist’s flowers can be fitted by our driver at pickup. We do not use tape or stickers that would mark the paint.
Do you have electric vehicles for sustainable weddings?
Yes — Mercedes EQE (E-Class size) and EQS (S-Class size). Fully electric, silent, panoramic roof on the EQS. We can run an all-electric event fleet on request. Charging capacity is planned around the event venue.
What if the event runs longer than planned?
Extra hours billed at CHF 120/vehicle/hour in 15-minute slices. We hold drivers on call until the event coordinator releases them. For weddings we routinely include a one-hour buffer in the contract so small overruns do not trigger an extra bill.
Can you handle airport transfers for out-of-town wedding guests?

Do drivers wear a uniform?
Standard is dark suit and tie. For weddings we upgrade to a black morning jacket with white gloves on request. For corporate events we match the event’s dress code — tuxedo for black tie, smart-casual for daytime launches.
Can you transport a wedding dress on its own trip to the venue?
Yes, routinely. A dedicated E-Class with the dress laid flat on the rear bench, driven directly to the bride’s suite. Often booked alongside the hair-and-makeup team’s pickup.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings: 3 to 6 months is standard. Peak season (May–September, New Year’s Eve) can require 9 to 12 months for large multi-vehicle operations. For corporate events: 4 to 8 weeks, or sooner if Palexpo is hosting a major show (watches, cars, conferences) which pulls fleet capacity across the canton.
Do you have a minimum order for event transport?
The half-day package (4 hours) is the minimum per vehicle, starting at CHF 480 for an E-Class. For a single pickup and drop-off (guest speaker from GVA to the venue and back), use our standard airport transfer rate — no package needed.
Can we brand your vehicles with our company logo for a product launch?
Yes, with removable magnetic door panels and windscreen placards. We do not paint or apply permanent vinyl. A 50×40 cm logo on each door gives the “official partner” look without damaging the vehicle. Corporate-branded vehicles are available 24 hours’ notice when design files are ready.
