Geneva Corporate Transport — Accounts, SLA, Monthly Invoicing
If your company runs a steady flow of travel through Geneva — incoming clients, executives commuting Geneva–Zurich, delegations visiting the UN or WTO, conference logistics at Palexpo — ad-hoc taxi bookings waste time and bury the finance team in expense claims. Our Geneva corporate transport service replaces that with a proper account: one contract, one dispatcher, one monthly invoice, published service-level commitments. This page covers how a corporate account works, what is in the SLA, which industries we serve most, and how to set one up in under a week.
What a corporate account includes
- Dedicated account manager — one person at dispatch who knows your business, your travel policy and your VIP list
- Preferred corporate rates — 5 % to 15 % below standard fixed prices depending on volume
- Priority dispatch — your bookings go to the front of the queue during peak hours
- Any-time booking — online form, WhatsApp, email or phone, with same-minute acknowledgement during business hours
- Monthly invoice — one PDF per calendar month, grouped by cost centre or employee, VAT fully itemised
- Real-time trip tracking — travel coordinators see live vehicle position and ETA
- Named driver option — regular routes can be assigned a specific driver who learns the passenger’s preferences
- 24/7 operations — nights, weekends, public holidays at the same service level
Corporate pricing
| Monthly volume | Discount on published rates | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| CHF 0 – 5,000 | 0 % | Monthly invoice, 30-day net |
| CHF 5,000 – 15,000 | 5 % | Monthly invoice, 30-day net |
| CHF 15,000 – 40,000 | 10 % | Monthly invoice, 30-day net, dedicated account manager |
| CHF 40,000+ | 15 % | Custom SLA, named drivers, pre-positioned vehicles |
Rates are applied to published fixed prices (see tariffs). No hidden fees: no booking surcharge, no credit-card fee, no night premium, no weekend uplift. For a company spending CHF 20,000/month on Geneva transport today, a corporate account saves CHF 24,000/year (10 % × 12 months × CHF 20,000).
Industries we serve
Finance and family offices
Pictet, Lombard Odier, Mirabaud, UBP, Edmond de Rothschild — private banks and family offices on the Rive Droite use our service for principal-level travel, client pickups from GVA for meetings at the bank, weekend trips to vineyard estates. Discretion, Mercedes S-Class availability on short notice, drivers who understand why you don’t small-talk a client’s portfolio in the car.
Commodity trading
Geneva’s trading houses (Glencore, Trafigura, Mercuria, Gunvor, Vitol) move dozens of staff and clients through the city weekly. A corporate account removes the expense-claim overhead and gives traders a single WhatsApp number for every ride, day or night.
International organizations
UN, WTO, WHO, ILO, UNHCR, UNICEF, IFRC and the permanent missions around the Palais des Nations. Summit logistics for large delegations — 40 vehicles for a single morning arrival is routine for us. Security-screened drivers available for senior diplomatic passengers.
Pharma and life sciences
Firmenich, Givaudan, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Roche — all have staff and suppliers transiting through GVA. Regular Geneva → Zurich and Geneva → Basel runs for clinical meetings, conference logistics at the UniS (Swiss Immunology Meeting), rapid transport of small cold-chain samples on request.
Watch industry
Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Piaget, Richard Mille, Hublot — Geneva to the Vallée de Joux factories, clients visiting for Watches & Wonders, Baselworld logistics, VIP clients between boutiques and hotels. We handle both the private-client side and the corporate executive side.
Hospitality and luxury travel
Four Seasons, Beau-Rivage, Mandarin Oriental, La Réserve, Intercontinental — partner rates for guests, DMCs and concierge services. Guest airport transfers, wedding logistics (see our wedding and event service), and private tours of the region (see Geneva sightseeing tours).
Service Level Agreement (SLA) — what we commit to
| Metric | Commitment | Remedy if missed |
|---|---|---|
| Booking acknowledgement (business hours) | Within 15 minutes | Credit on next invoice |
| Booking acknowledgement (22:00–07:00) | Within 30 minutes | Credit on next invoice |
| Pickup punctuality | ± 5 min of scheduled time for city, ± 15 min for airport arrival | Credit proportional to delay |
| Driver language | English, French at minimum on every trip | Re-assignment within the city; credit otherwise |
| Vehicle class | As booked (E, V or S) | Upgrade at no cost if unavailable |
| Monthly invoice issuance | By the 5th of the following month | Escalation to account manager |
| Invoice accuracy | 0 errors per 100 trips target | Correction within 48 hours |
For accounts above CHF 40,000/month, we publish a custom SLA with quarterly review meetings and operational KPIs (vehicle availability percentage, driver satisfaction score, complaint closure time).

Drivers and confidentiality
Every TaxiGVA driver signs a standard NDA as part of onboarding. For sensitive corporate accounts (diplomats, HNWI, pharma in the middle of a clinical announcement, M&A work), we run additional checks: Swiss police clearance, background screening by a third-party provider, signed annex on specific confidentiality requirements. Named drivers on dedicated accounts are reviewed annually.
For diplomatic or high-security assignments, we coordinate with the protection details of the principal. Drivers hold Swiss cantonal taxi licences and are fully insured to the CHF 100 M third-party minimum required for commercial passenger transport.
Frequently Asked Questions — Geneva Corporate Transport
What is the minimum monthly volume to open a corporate account?
There is no strict minimum — even a small law firm doing CHF 1,500/month of travel benefits from the consolidated invoicing. Discount tiers start at CHF 5,000/month. Below that, you still get priority dispatch, any-time booking and a single invoice without negotiating a discount.
Can our employees book directly or does it go through a travel coordinator?
Your choice. We support both models — a named list of authorised bookers (typical for small companies, 2 to 5 people), or a single travel-coordinator gateway (typical for larger accounts). Employees can also book their own trips with a personal authorisation code quoted at booking. Audit trail is the same either way.
How do you handle expense re-billing to clients?
Invoices can be broken out by project code, PO number or client reference that the booker enters at booking. Monthly PDF groups trips under each project so your accounts team re-bills directly without manual sorting. Common for law firms, consultants and event agencies.
Do you have electric vehicles for corporate ESG reporting?
Yes — Mercedes EQE and EQS, fully electric. An all-electric fleet is available for ESG-sensitive events. We issue trip-level CO2 reports (gCO2/km by vehicle class with actual kilometres travelled) on request, aligned with GHG Protocol Scope 3 category 6 (business travel).
Can we have a dedicated driver for our CEO?
Yes, on accounts above CHF 15,000/month. Named driver plus named backup. Driver learns the CEO’s route preferences, preferred temperature, music or silence preference, typical travel times. We do not use that driver for other clients during the CEO’s regular windows (6:30–9:30 and 18:00–20:00 weekdays, for example).
What if a driver is sick or a vehicle breaks down?
We have 30 % fleet redundancy built into dispatch. A replacement vehicle of the same or higher class arrives within 20 minutes in the city, 45 minutes on a motorway en route. No price change. The SLA credit applies if pickup is delayed beyond the committed window.
How do we track real-time usage and spend?
Through the corporate portal (web-based, no app install required). Travel coordinators see every booking, live vehicle position, running month-to-date spend, budget vs actual by cost centre. Data is exportable to CSV or directly to SAP Concur / Coupa / common ERPs via our API.
Is there a contract commitment or can we cancel any time?
Standard contract is 12 months with automatic renewal, 30-day cancellation notice before renewal. Month-to-month contract available on request at slightly higher rates (no volume discount on month-to-month).
Do you cover rides outside Geneva on the corporate account?
Yes. Anywhere we drive — Zurich, Lausanne, Basel, Paris, Milan, Munich, ski resorts — rolls into the same monthly invoice. For very heavy long-distance use (Geneva → Paris twice a week), we sometimes negotiate a sub-route rate. See long distance transfer for the standard grid.
Are your drivers vaccinated, multilingual, professionally trained?
All drivers hold the Swiss cantonal taxi licence (which requires a clean driving record, Swiss police clearance, medical fitness and a regional geography exam). Languages: every driver speaks French and English; roughly half speak Italian, Spanish or Arabic; a smaller group German or Russian. Vaccination status is a personal matter; for accounts with specific public-health requirements (pharma, hospital work), we can commit drivers who meet your policy.
